Description by Author:
As a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS)
I reviewed documentation dictated and manually entered into the Electronic
Medical Record (EMR) by Physicians. So many fails. My job was to bring these
fails to the attention of the doctors and help them ensure accuracy and
compliance. Over several years I collected these memorable fails and wanted to
share the most hilarious and puzzling ones with you. I hope you enjoy them as
much as I did when I came across them in a chart.

Book
Description by Author:
It is mid-Winter in 1880 and life is harsh in
the remote Devon countryside.
When Annie Carter's father Tom dies of
consumption her mother Sabina is left with seven mouths to feed and the family
soon face the workhouse. To save them from starvation Annie steals vegetables
from the Manor House garden, risking jail or transportation. She is watched by
Robert, the son and heir of the Lord of Hartford Manor, but far from turning
her in he befriends her.
Annie introduces Robert to a very different
world to the one he knows and he is fascinated by the life she leads. Difficult
though it is, they begin to spend time together and soon develop feelings they
know have no future.
Harry Rudd, the village blacksmith, has long
admired Annie and when he proposes, her mother urges her to accept. She reminds
Annie that she will never be allowed to marry Robert. Harry is a good man and
Annie is fond of him. Her head knows what she should do, but will her heart
listen?
About
the Author:
I
was born in North Devon, in the South West of England, the daughter of a
farmer, and my family has lived in this area for generations. I've always
enjoyed the beautiful countryside and the peaceful way of life to be found here
and would never wish to live anywhere else.
When
I left school I worked in a bank for several years until I married Bryan, and
then stayed at home for a few years to care for our three sons. As they grew
older I returned to work, first as a Marie Curie nurse, caring for the
terminally ill, and then for the local authority where I stayed until
retirement.
I
wrote my first book "The Mazzard Tree", in spare moments over several
years as I was also working full time and raising my family. My second book,
"The Angel Maker" is a sequel to the first and was written after I
retired. I have recently released the third book in the Hartford Manor Series,
"The Rabbit's Foot".
Set
against the harsh background of the rough, class-divided society of Victorian
England, this heart-warming and captivating series portrays a young woman who
uses her determination and willpower to defy the circumstances of her birth in
her search for happiness.

Book
Description by Author:
Food is considered a necessity which we
require to live. When does it become our nemesis? Sure, the necessity is there,
but there are so many tempting foods out there that we know aren't good for us,
but we can't resist the urge to indulge. Sure, you eat because you're hungry,
but might you also be eating when you're stressed out? Had an exceptionally bad
day at work? Or just bored? Do you know how to enjoy your food, not only for
the sake of making you feel better? Those treats you like to indulge in aren't
bad, they just need to be eaten in moderation.
Eating has grown to become an enjoyable
pastime. Gathering together on holidays and special occasions. Bringing the
family together and creating family traditions with meals you prepared, passing
on those secret family recipes to the next generation. Cooking simply to fulfil
a need isn't the way the majority of people look at food today.
If you are emotionally eating to fill a void
in your life, why do you turn to food? Do you realize you are even doing it? It
can effect men as well as women. This book is going to explain what exactly
emotional eating is, why you do it and how you can control it. For the sake of
your health, don't let food control you anymore - take back your control.

Book
Description by Author:
He doesn’t want a woman in his bed or need a
permanent one in his life. He’s happy with just his sons and his business. He
keeps his sex life separate from his family life and that suits him fine.
Until….
Vladimir Petrov’s night out should have been
just that, a night out at his club with his sons and a couple of friends to
celebrate his birthday. It turns into so much more.
She doesn’t want another man in her life.
She’d rather be at home or at the gym as she recovers from the humiliation of
her ex-husband’s infidelity. Happy with her circle of friends she calls family,
that’s enough for her or so she thinks. Until….
Holly Spencer’s night out with the girls is
one that she will never forget. Not that she wants to.
His touch ignites a flame in her that only he
can put out. His words seduce her as they strip her of any doubt of how much he
desires her. All six-foot three, dark blue eyes, tattoos and that scar doesn’t
intimidate her, like it should. She sees the man under his hard exterior. His
solid chest and strong arms hold her safe within them and there’s nowhere else
she would rather be.
Her laugh startles him as her smile captures
him, innocent with a touch of mischief. Her sapphire eyes call to him as they
see straight through into the darkness of his soul. Tender and sweet he should
run and leave her alone, but he would rather take his last breath than not have
her slender body in his arms.
From two different worlds but they fit
together perfectly. But Vlad has a past. A dark past. As he tries to bury it
deep within him, it festers and stews as his love grows stronger for the woman,
he calls his angel. Until it seeps out into their relationship.
