Quick update

Morning all.!

I hope everyone is doing well during the pandemic. It feels like we are in a post-apocalyptic novel at the moment, doesn't it? If you're into that type of fiction, why not grab one of the books I reviewed in that genre?

But, maybe it's not really the time for those books now. It could also increase anxiety and we need something uplifting.

Whatever kind of fiction or reality you're into, there is so much choice out there! Lots of books by Indie Authors. Many available for free on Kindle.

You don't have a Kindle?

That's not a reason to stop you. You can download the Kindle app for free, on your phone, your tablet, your i-Pad, or your computer.

So, what is stopping you?

With time on your hands due to the pandemic and the restrictions this places on everyone's movements, this is the ideal time to dig into the choice open to us. Go to the Kindle store and search for free books. There are so many and you can specify the genre.

There are a lot of authors with books on Kindle Unlimited. If you are a member, you can get the book for free, much like going to the library, then return it after you've read it.

Go on, give it a try.

Here is a little movie I've created for the third book in my 'Friends, family and love' series, HIDDEN LOVE.

When Krista and Theo try to open their friends eyes, they open their own too.

Keeping their love hidden is not easy.

Want some more ideas of books? One of my fellow Indie Authors created a few bookshelves with books by Indie Authors, have a look for ideas below.

So, come on, give an Indie Author a go.

And, now you have a chance and the time, why not leave a present for the author too? Please, leave a review! They mean so much to Indie Authors.

Keep safe, keep going, stay positive and active.
Together we're going to get through it.

And for now, it's time for me to get back to work. Although I'm not at the actual front of the front line, I still work in management of the front line. And, if the front line breaks down, I may be recalled to work on the front line once more.

Keep smiling!

HIDDEN LOVE

After following Lydia and Rob in the first two books in this series, we now follow their best friends, Krista and Theo as they try to develop feelings for each other. Is this love meant to be, or will it fizzle out once it is discovered by their friendship group?
Read more in this book.

Always free on #KU

To make it a little more interesting there is also an excerpt from the book below:

Chapter 15

Krista
There was definitely a heavy mood in the air here tonight. I was unsure what was going on, but something felt a little off. Rob was very protective and did not want to be drawn into the discussion to get Lydia to own up to who she was in love with and in trying to make her see reason in letting the guy know about it.
While I was talking to Lydia, I looked back at Rob at times to gain his support. He looked a little off tonight. He had already not seemed happy to see me when I first arrived, but now he was decidedly glum looking. As soon as I started to talk about the mystery guy, I noticed his face clouding over and he started to look rather sad. If I wouldn’t know better, I would have thought that he was jealous. That could not be true, could it?
I had not been aware that Rob had a mystery girl either. However, Theo was laying in on Rob about it and kept pressuring him to tell us who she was. I was becoming quite curious about that myself. While Theo was interrogating Rob, I noticed Lydia’s face drop a little. She had looked a bit unhappy earlier when I had interrupted their movie, but she was now looking really down in the dumps. Could it be? No, surely not.
I glanced at Theo and moved my eyebrows up a little. Then I looked first at Rob and then at Lydia and again furrowed my brows. A little glint appeared in his eyes. It looked like we were both thinking the same thing. Could it be that these two fabulous people, these two people we both loved, were actually in love with each other without being aware of it? Wouldn’t that just be something?
