Short
Summary of the book:
This story had me in tears much of the story.
A young teenager needs to hold it together when her mum is terminally ill and
is not allowed to share the knowledge with anyone. She held it together much
better than I did reading the book. Will her wish for one more Christmas be
granted?

strikes at the weirdest times and drives her to grab notebook and pen to jot

smiling gently in a corner and watching those in the same room interact. Her
observations have often given her ideas for her next story, set not only in the
South but wherever the characters demand they settle.
