Summary of the book:
What I expected was a book able to improve my
management skills. And this might be what it is. The only problem being it is a
very dry textbook and has a strong emphasis of religion/belief systems. This
unfortunately put me off from the start and I had to force myself to read the
book.
I believe the book will provide great support
and advice to some people, unfortunately it was no for me.

I liked about the book:
The aim of the book to help others in
becoming better managers.

I didn’t like about the book:
The dryness of the text book and the strong
emphasis on meditating, religion and beliefs.

difference. There is a strong emphasis on the importance of religion and belief
