Short Summary of the book:

This book tells of spying and intrigue. Turkey is considered a loose cannon and NATO conspires to expel Turkey from the alliance. To further this aim, they light little fires of discontent within the borders of the country in an attempt to reveal the leader’s true nature and gain the right to expel the country. We follow friends and CIA operatives as they work together to achieve this goal. A goal which isn’t reached without losses.

Although completely different, it did remind me of the Jack Reacher series.
