Short Summary of the book:

This lovely children’s book is set out in rhyme and explains in easy words the journey from egg, to caterpillar, to chrysalis, to butterfly. The drawings in the book are also fabulous.

What I liked about the book:

It was a lovely book with lovely illustrations.

What I didn’t like about the book:

There was nothing to dislike about the book.

My favourite bits in the book:

The illustrations were definitely my favourite parts of the book.

My least favourite bits in the book:

There were none.

This is the only book I’ve read by this author. The illustrations are beautiful and the format is also lovely.

What books could this be compared to and why?

This is a book similar in its purpose as The Hungry Caterpillar and other books.
