What do you do when you're on a break?

I have had a bit of a break from writing my 'Friends, family and Love' series for the last three days. I felt like doing something different for a change. I don't know what you do when you are on a break, but this is what I did.

I wrote a short story at someone's request and managed to complete it in three days. It's quite a nice one, but it may not actually ever really get published. That depends on what the judgement of the person who requested it is going to be.

Now I'm back to writing my fifth book in the above series again. This one will be called 'Holiday Love' and I hope to complete that by the end of May or early June. So, keep your eyes peeled for that one as well.

And of course, don't forget that the Dutch version of my fourth book 'Verloren Liefde' is currently free for Kindle at Amazon. This won't last much longer, just today and tomorrow.

So, get it while it is still free and give me your honest reviews here, via email or (especially the good reviews, lol) on Amazon as well. Good reviews on Amazon, will help me to know that I'm on the right track as well as give other readers a chance to discover my work as well.

The Dutch version will be out soon. 'Verloren Liefde' is nearing its completion and I expect to upload it to Amazon within the next few days. So, keep an eye out for that one as well if you prefer to read your books in Dutch.

Lost Love is now available at Amazon. It's available to download on Kindle or as paperback. This book is a little longer than the other three were and shows the agony and despair of depression that Theo falls into after his breakup with Krista. It shows his self loathing, lack of self-confidence and self-worth and how he struggles with suicidal thoughts. Will he eventually get back together with the love of his life again or has his sister Josie done such a number on him that he will never be the same and that their relationship is doomed for ever? Read all in this fourth book in my 'Friends, family and love' series, while I continue to edit the Dutch version of this book.

Lost Love is nu beschikbaar op Amazon. Het is beschikbaar als download voor Kindle of als paperback. Dit boek is wat langer dan de eerdere drie en toont de pijn en wanhoop die Theo ondervindt na zijn breuk met Krista. Look for Me Under the Rainbow, review

Just finished #LookforMeUndertheRainbow  as early reader. A great book by @BernardJanWorld. #BookReview .

Another great book by this Croatian writer with a powerful message regarding conservation/animalprotection/environment. Certainly worth reading.

This book follows the story of a little seal pup Danny and his family and shows us the dangers that lurk out there for them. Not only in the form of natural challenges, but also very much so in the form of what we as humans throw their way. From the thoughtless killing of seal pups for their skins, just leaving their flesh to rot, to our fishing nets in which they can get tangled and killed.

A moving story, which also shows the heartache of the humans as part of the rainbow warriors, who try to do what they can to protect and save them.

Worth getting once it comes out.
