Summary of the book:
This book aims to introduce the reader to
ways to become resilient. To not break with the challenges life throws at him/her.
Not only to be resilient but to find joy in life, even if that joy is being
tested to the limit. With examples from real life, it helps the reader to find
his/her way to resilience.

It was easy to read and positive.
